Highly ambitious (as you can tell), people-oriented, and sensitive to energy.
I'm Oliver. For most of my childhood I lived in the matrix. I was addicted to video games and barely present in the real world.
At 18 I started my self-improvement journey by facing my number one fear: talking to strangers, especially women. I started cold approaching and documenting it. Around 200 approaches and a lot of rejection. It got me the girlfriend I wanted, but we were never aligned. That taught me the lesson I build everything on now: alignment, and finding people with the right energy.
At 19 I started a window cleaning business, knocking on around 100 doors a day and booking about 4 jobs from them, with a best day of $1,000. I didn't do it out of love. I did it for the money, for the numbers. But between that and 200 cold approaches, rejection stopped scaring me. It built the things I still rely on: handling a no and knocking on the next door, keeping volume high when it's hard, and earning trust from a stranger in under a minute.
That work woke me up. It made me ask myself: "Why can't I make a good living doing what I love? Why do I have to clean windows just to make money?" That question is what sparked my interest in changing paradigms and elevating human consciousness.
I started looking around at modern society, and at the streets I live on in Sydney. People don't know each other, and you can feel it in the energy. Men and women find it hard to even talk to strangers. Finding an aligned partner is really difficult: messages get ghosted, and many women rarely dress feminine anymore.
A lot of jobs feel like slavery, working for something you don't enjoy. If you want to be a full-time musician, the industry is unfair and pays far less than sales or finance.
And look at how we move around our own planet. We sit in traffic every day. We've built a class system just to travel the Earth: first class, business and economy. Paying $10,000 or more for a first-class seat is outrageous.
The system is corrupted. So I'm building something different. That's what everything below is about.
Career-wise, I'm in sales. I started at 18 and I'm still in it today, working across digital marketing, education and IT. My best week: 7 qualified B2B meetings booked, with an 85% show-up rate. I'm known for mastering the fundamentals: following up, keeping a clean CRM, working at high volume, and asking for help and feedback. I'm always keen to work with people who are innovating and doing something good for the world.
